We painted the house.


Tragically, I didnt take any "before" shots so you just have to use your imagination. Think robin's egg blue for everything (including the cement) with white trim. Three houses in a row, formerly including ours, are that same color scheme. Its horrific.
The architecture is so weird. Its quite long and narrow and its the only house on its block with no cute front porch. We havent replaced the mailbox or the house numbers yet but Im thinking that is going to be a really fun crafty type project. Also, Im looking forward to tearing the yard out and laying something down that will actually grow.
